Remote assistance consists of a kit including hardware and software.  The kit allows our engineers to access the CPU of the machines supplied and perform the following administrative tasks remotely:

  • Parameter checks
  • Reading of the execution log
  • Firmware update
  • Remote debugging

This is to ensure that the Client is assisted as quickly as possible if necessary.  The Client must have a high speed internet connection.  Connection to machines is only possible with the consent of the client; no one can connect to the machine without the connection being enabled by the client.

  • Immediate assistance if necessary
  • Safety of the data transmitted during connection
  • Connection to the system controlled by the client
